Casa Palmita is the 2nd level of MiraMar Casas.
Centrally located, it is a 10-minute walk to the main beach or a 5-minute walk into town. We have private stairs down to the small beach immediately below MiraMar.
If you are looking for a large patio and spacious accommodations with an incredible ocean view, this is the place.

Policies
Two-night minimum required. 50% deposit required to confirm booking. Deposit nonrefundable if you cancel within 60 days of your stay. One full housecleaning provided for stays over 10 days. Daily tidying up not included. Check-in time 3PM - 7PM, check-out time 12PM (noon). Max of 10-night stay during high season (Nov – April). 1 pet per stay/house for a fee of $35 USD. Pet not allowed on furniture or in beds and must be house trained. MiraMar Terms and Conditions and liability waiver must be signed prior to guest stay or trip.
